BRAND PROCESS
The client had started with a branding agency based in Canada (where the architects where from) but needed a local agency that could understand their market and audience, so they hired us. Along with the broker ISG we suggested changing from rental property to luxury condo and enhancing its positioning to compete with other upcoming projects. We created a full blown international campaign based in “24 hours living” featuring day and night shots in airlines and foreign magazines (including Russia), billboard, bus shelters, Latin America sales events and much more. Successfully positioning and selling the project as Boutique Bayfront Living.
